Our Story

Before we launched 8 content studios and hired hundreds of people, Shuffle was just a radical idea hatched by two dreamers sitting in a small coffee shop. They wanted to reimagine how brands approached social marketing and crafted a new way it COULD be done.

A little over 10 years ago, social media strategist Zaena Cherif and her husband, brand builder Jason Sizer decided to build the anti-agency. They felt brands deserved more from their agency partners than what they were getting. Shuffle would provide fair pricing, fresh ideas, innovative storytelling, consistent communication, and around the clock support.

To accomplish this, they built a team of like-minded, diverse, and inclusive strategists. Before having an office, the crew of misfits worked around the clock, took over large tables at coffee shops, hooked up espresso I.V.'s, and carefully crafted Shuffle into what it is today.

To date, we have executed 1500 campaigns on Tiktok, Instagram, Meta, Snapchat, and YouTube for the 350+ wonderful brands in our brand family. We are the leading full-service Tiktok agency in 10 regions.

Zaena Cherif

Before founding the leading Tiktok agency in the world, Zaena was a notable musician and brand whisper. Her music has racked millions of streams on YouTube and Spotify. As a composer, she's been featured in dozens of TV shows and films including Nora From Queens, Vice, and OWN. After selling out three consecutive U.S. tours as a headliner, she dedicated herself to philanthropy, raising millions for organizations that aide homeless LGBTQIA teens. As a social strategist, Zaena has reshaped the digital strategies of several Fortune 500 companies. She earned her degree in Marketing at Columbia.

Jason Sizer

Director

For 15+ years, Jason has helped brands reach audiences in digital spaces. His experience spans in-house roles at Fortune 500's to serving as a consultant to the largest digital strategists in the world. Jason has managed marketing budgets of $100M+, built communities as a renowned urban planner, and donates his time to mentor inner city youth. A jack of all trades, Jason went to college at the age of 15 and secured two Bachelors, a Masters, and PhD before the age of 26.
